Hello, I'm Morgan, your coach!

I graduated from college with degrees in Intelligence Analysis and Entrepreneurship. I founded The Virtual RA to help teach young adults how to be self-sufficient. College may be the first time you're living alone away from home... so let's utilize every second!

Sorority Recruitment Consulting

1:1 Private Coaching (Standard Package)

With this coaching service, you’ll be able to schedule one 30-minute Zoom or FaceTime meeting before each day that will include:

  • Prepping you for conversations & mastering your small-talk skills,
  • Exploring your thoughts, decisions, & any confusion, 
  • Receiving advice from a fellow grad & sorority alum who’s “been there done that”. 

1:1 Private Coaching (Extended Package)

With this coaching service you can contact me 24/7 by text, email, or phone with questions or concerns that arise throughout your recruitment process. Calls will also include:

  • Planning outfits that feel comfortable on you & help you stand out,
  • Create pro-con lists for the sororities you have the highest interest in,
  • Coach you through mastering small talk, 
  • Insider tips on the questions sisters are asking you,
  • First-hand advice from someone who’s been in your shoes!
